Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the most common questions about sourcing from China, quality inspection, shipping, payments, and working with MCG-GLOBAL as your import partner.
What kind of products can MCG-GLOBAL source for me?
We source virtually any product or machinery manufactured in China — from consumer electronics, textiles, and furniture to industrial equipment, auto parts, and construction materials. If it's made in China, we can find the right factory for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity to work with you?
We work with orders of all sizes, from single-pallet test shipments to full-container loads. The minimum quantity depends on the specific factory we match you with — we always negotiate the lowest MOQ that still gets you a competitive price.
How do you verify that suppliers are trustworthy?
Every factory we recommend is vetted through business license checks, production capacity audits, references from past clients, and — whenever possible — an on-site visit by our team in China. We never recommend a supplier we wouldn't buy from ourselves.
What does your quality inspection service include?
Our inspectors visit the factory before goods are shipped to check your order against agreed specifications: materials, dimensions, packaging, labels, functional tests, and more. You receive a full written report with photos and video, and can approve or reject the shipment before it leaves China.
Which shipping methods do you offer and how long does delivery take?
We offer sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, rail, and express courier. Typical transit times range from 3–7 days for express and air shipments to 30–45 days for sea freight, depending on your destination country and chosen route. We also handle customs clearance and door-to-door delivery.
How is pricing structured and are there any hidden fees?
Our pricing is fully transparent. You see the factory price, our sourcing service fee, the inspection cost (if applicable), and the shipping & customs cost as separate line items in your quote. No hidden margins on the supplier side.
